Mid-Hudson Valley begins to reopen; NYC hires contact tracers

Several counties in New York entered the first phase of the state's four-part reopening process Tuesday. In the meantime, New York City has hired 1,700 coronavirus contact tracers, a crucial step to getting the city closer to meeting the reopening requirements.
