Steam pipe blast cleanup

First responders suited up in heavy-duty hazmat gear to go into the so-called hot zone--the immediate vicinity of a steam pipe explosion in Manhattan. The burst sent a massive plume of white steam 10 stories into the air, spewing asbestos-contaminated debris onto the streets.
