Albany in chaos after congestion pricing pause

Lawmakers in Albany are still scrambling after Governor Kathy Hochul's last-minute postponement of congestion pricing. The legislative year was supposed to end this week, but now, lawmakers are trying to figure out how to make up for the MTA's lost revenue. FOX 5 NY's Morgan McKay has the story.
