As if ongoing construction was not enough of a hindrance to travelers along U.S. Highway 290, also known as the Northwest Freeway, on a Monday morning, police and deputies were kept busy with a naked woman who was sitting and dancing on top of an 18-wheeler truck parked on one of the mainlanes.
