Chaplain offers guidance on practicing gratitude

Nearly 82 million people will travel for the Thanksgiving holiday, either by plane, car or other forms of transit and the Federal Aviation Administration is gearing up for what it predicts will be its busiest Thanksgiving travel period in 15 years. However, during the busy holiday season, it’s important to take some time to reflect on what we are most thankful for. Author and Chaplain Jesse Bradley joins LiveNOW's Andy Mac to discuss how we can refocus on gratitude before the end of November.

This Thanksgiving travel week is projected to be the busiest ever, with nearly 82 million people traveling at least 50 miles from home.

According to AAA, some places will be busier than others when it comes to Thanksgiving travel destinations.
