Slashing at Columbus Circle subway station
NEW YORK (FOX 5 NY) - The NYPD says a man was slashed inside a subway platform and his attacker is under arrest.
The assault occurred around 2 a.m. Monday at the Columbus Circle station.
Two men were involved in an argument on an uptown A train that spilled out onto the platform of the station.
The 21-year-old victim suffered a slash wound to the neck. His injury was not life threatening.
A 21-year-old male suspect was taken into custody. Charges against him are pending.
