Shocking video of girl encouraged to beat younger child

Disturbing video of a young girl being encouraged to beat up another girl was published online Thursday.

The website Mediatakeout.com says a concerned relative of the younger, five year old child, sent the site the video.

In the clip, the victim, who was sitting on an air conditioning unit is pushed off by an eight-year-old girl. 

A voice is heard saying "go up to her face."

The older girl then pummels the five-year-old.

Mediatakeout.com says it has forwarded a copy of the video to police.

It is not clear when and where the video was taken.
