Five formally incarcerated men are in a program called Refoundry, started in April, which gives them support and helps them open their own business.

Refoundry trains former inmates to refurbish and repurpose discarded materials into one-of-a-kind home furnishings.

James Eleby Jr. is getting a second chance. He is one of the men working with their hands and creating a new life for themselves.

The co-founder and director of the program, Tommy Safian, trains and pays each and one of them out of pocket. He is working on finding a new place so he can take in more people.
