It took place at the Jones Beach Theater.

Over 40 bands and artists performed for the two-day festival with a few different stages set up in the arena for the various performances.

There was one main stage, and a few side stages for the lower-level acts. And a stage was added next to the venue to increase the maximum capacity for the show.

Over 20,000 people turned out for the event.

Since the venue was only able to hold approximately 13,000, the changes were needed to accommodate all of the guests.
