NEW YORK (FOX 5 NEWS) - Someone hung a giant banner emblazoned with the face of Russian President Vladimir Putin on the Manhattan Bridge Thursday. The banner reads "Peacemaker" and shows the Russian and Syrian flags
Police officers removed the banner at about 2:30 p.m., the NYPD said. Police have "secured" the banner as evidence but have not made any arrests.
