Man allegedly killed wife then started search party to find her

A German man is accused of strangling his wife and then organizing a search party when she 'went missing' from home.

Patrick S. allegedly killed Jennifer S., 27, because she wanted to separate, according to The Bild.

He then allegedly then texted her sister saying she was doing to go for a walk along the Rhine River.  He then allegedly organized a search party to look for her.

Her body was eventually found not far from the couple’s apartment in Biebesheim am Rhein, and the husband was arrested the next day, according to the Post.

It isn't the first time he allegedly attacked her.  In 2020 he allegedly masked himself as a burglar and "broke into" the couple’s house.  He stabbed her twice with a kitchen knife in front of their 5-year-old son, according to the Bild.  The case was then dropped because Jennifer S. refused to testify in court.
