Police are searching for the man who they said is accused of forcibly kissing and touching an 11-year-old girl on Saturday in East Harlem.

What happened?

What we know:

Police said a man forcibly kissed and touched the girl near the corner of East 125th Street and Madison Avenue around 3:15 p.m.

The man then fled the scene, police said.

Police said the 11-year-old girl was not injured during this incident.

What we don't know:

The motive behind the incident is unclear.

The names of the victim and the suspect have not been released at this time.
