Aaron Sanchez is a celebrity chef and a guest judge this season on "MasterChef." Chef Sanchez is giving Fox 5 grilling tips to help turn you into a summertime grill master.

This grill session is inspired by Aaron's recent trip to Argentina. But first, the side dishes. A kale, goat cheese and roasted beet salad.  This pairs well with Terraza's red Malbec wine. Then a coconut milk based shrimp ceviche. Finally the star of the show: spice rubbed skirt steak.

Now for a few tips, first, never grill cold meat, room temperature is best. Next, don't oil the meat, oil the grill. Now, the spice rub marries the oiled beef.

Now for the fun part. Once you put your meat on the grill, resist the urge to flip it too early.

Finally, let your meat rest, before cutting it.
