School bus crash in the Bronx
36 people were hurt when a school bus carrying bus drivers overturned in the Bronx.
NEW YORK - A bus carrying bus drivers overturned on a Bronx ramp of exit 1-A of the northbound Hutchinson River Parkway to Bruckner Blvd.
The bus was carrying 36 passengers. The bus was carrying drivers for the city's summer programming. No children were apparently on the bus.
"Families should expect that some bus routes this morning and afternoon will be delayed, and schools will be reaching out to families whose routes are impacted," Mayor Adams said in a statement.
FDNY crews were on the scene treating multiple people. The extent of their injuries was unknown but most of the injuries were believed to be minor.
Several people were seen being put into ambulances.

It was unknown how many people were on the bus and where it was going. It did not appear that any other vehicles were involved in the crash.
