Subway shoving suspect was arrested 4 times; Frontier plane hits pedestrian

The man accused of killing an elderly man by shoving him down a flight of stairs at a Chelsea subway station had been released from a psychiatric evaluation at the hospital hours before the attack, and had been arrested four times in 4 months. Also, a Frontier jet hit and killed a pedestrian at Denver airport, after the pedestrian got onto the runway.
