Sinkhole near East River not fixed in years, residents say

A massive, growing sinkhole along the East River Esplanade has forced the closure of part of the walkway. Residents say the sinkhole has gone unfixed for years. Now, with the closure, some are risking walking onto the FDR to get around the sinkhole.
