Teen arrested for stabbing woman at Queens bus stop, NYPD says

Luis Emmanuel Valencia Ponce, 18, surrendered to police after allegedly stabbing a 29-year-old woman near 23rd Avenue and 94th Street at East Elmhurst. She is in stable condition and expected to survive.
