Pat's King of Steaks owner Frank Olivieri, whose family invented the Philly cheesesteak, is serving said cheesesteaks up... in a Knicks shirt (otherwise known as a Philly Sucks shirt), and it's all because of a bet. FOX 5 NY's Jodi Goldberg has more.
