Thousands of NYC workers refuse vaccine

More than 3,500 New York City municipal workers rushed to get their shots over the weekend, bringing the total city workforce to 91% vaccinated. But about 9,000 municipal workers skipped out on a paycheck on Monday in defiance of the city's vaccine mandate.
