Bronx River Parkway tree concerns

From Tuesday's Nor'easter to the remnants of Hurricane Ida, the Bronx River Parkway is a regular problem spot when strong storms hit. FOX 5 NY spoke with public works crews in Westchester County to see how they try and maintain the roads and trees in preparation for bad weather.
