Connecticut flooding

Nellie Montanez of South Norwalk left for work in the rain on Friday morning and returned home on her lunch break to find a flooded basement and a new pond in her backyard. She called this the worst flooding she'd seen in Norwalk since Superstorm Sandy left fish in her basement.
