NY veteran was an eyewitness to history during WWII

75 years ago, Americans were celebrating the end of World War II. But before the good news reached our shores, a select few hometown heroes actually witnessed the Japanese surrender first-hand. FOX 5 NY?s Dana Arschin spoke with a veteran who bravely served as a translator and was an eyewitness to that pivotal moment in history.
