Boeing jetliner crashes

Ethiopia, China, Indonesia, India, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, the United Kingdom, and the entire European Union have grounded the Boeing 737 Max 8 jetliner after recent crashes. Some have suggested that a defect may lie in one of the Max 8's new systems designed to automatically balance the plane by adjusting its trajectory. Authorities worry that a faulty sensor reading in that system could cause the plane to over-correct.
