Congestion pricing vs. MTA fare hike

Gov. Andrew Cuomo said that if lawmakers do not authorize new tolls on vehicles entering the busiest parts of Manhattan (so-called congestion pricing), the MTA will have to raise subway-and-bus fares and bridge-and-tunnel tolls by 30 percent.
