Limo crash investigation

The driver of the limousine that crashed in upstate New York over the weekend did not have the appropriate license to operate?the?vehicle. Gov. Andrew Cuomo told reporters on Monday that the limo had also failed inspection last month and it did not have proper certification to be converted to a 'stretch' limo.
