Card skimmer detector

More than $1 billion is stolen from U.S consumers each year by credit card skimmers, according to the U.S. Secret Service. The NYPD is testing a new tool to fight card scammers. The device can detect when a skimming device is placed on an ATM. Cops call it the "skim reaper."
