M train viaduct reopens

For eight months, the 60,000 M train riders commuting to or from the stops between Metropolitan Avenue and 71 Avenue in Brooklyn and Queens have relied on other subway lines, buses, bikes, and Ubers to get to work, class, and various social engagements.
