Back-to-school shopping is on and, of course, parents can't forget about fashion. Annie Georgia Greenberg, fashion editor at large at Refinery29, gave us some tips on how the girls can look like fashionistas this fall. She said velvet is a really rich texture that you can get at many price points. You don't have to go full out velvet. A velvet backpack, purse or even shoes will do.
