Staten Island ferry boat name

A petition urges naming new Staten Island ferry boat for 9/11 hero. John Chipura was an eagle scout, a Marine, an NYPD detective, and an FDNY firefighter. He achieved all that in 39 years before the September 11, 2001, attack on the World Trade Center cut short his life.
