Upper East Side residents fume over noisy boiler truck heating empty building

A quiet Upper East Side block has turned into a construction zone nightmare, all because of one enormous, noisy boiler truck parked on East 65th Street. What started as a temporary fix to heat a mostly vacant apartment building has dragged on for months, and residents say they’ve had enough. FOX 5 NY's Duarte Geraldino has the latest.
