Parents rally to stop sale of beloved New Rochelle athletic fields

In New Rochelle, outrage is growing as city officials consider selling two longtime public athletic fields to a private developer. Parents, coaches, and residents gathered at Flowers Park, one of the sites in question, to demand the city halt what they call a “profit over community” plan.
