Smithtown teen's miraculous recovery from paralysis after Gilgo Beach wave accident

Connor Dubeau, a senior from Smithtown, was swimming with friends at Gilgo Beach when he dove into a wave and fractured his C4 vertebrae. The impact temporarily paralyzed him.
