Boardwalk leading to USTA complex in need of repairs, transit issues arise

The US Open is making its grand return to New York City this week, and while fans are encouraged to take mass transit to get there, it's not so easy for fans with disabilities. FOX 5 NY's Arthur Chi'en reports.
