Border Czar defends use of face masks by ICE agents

New York City officials are ramping up pressure on federal immigration authorities after holding a press conference Saturday outside the ICE detention center at 26 Federal Plaza to denounce the use of masked, unmarked agents during arrests. FOX 5 NY's Jessica Formoso has the story.
