2nd suspect surrenders in SoHo crypto torture case

A second man has turned himself in, the NYPD said, after a victim from Italy was allegedly tortured inside an upscale SoHo apartment in order to get him to give up his Bitcoin password. FOX 5 NY's Linda Schmidt has the latest.
