City Council approves 'City of Yes' housing reform

After months of debate and community outreach, the city council has officially voted in favor of a sweeping housing reform policy known as "City of Yes". The plan cuts through a lot of regulations, which comes with building new housing. FOX 5 NY's Morgan McKay has the details.
