Harvey Weinstein getting new trial

Disgraced movie mogul Harvey Weinstein was back in court Wednesday for his first appearance since a New York appeals court overturned his 2020 rape conviction. Prosecutors asked the judge for a September retrial. FOX 5 NY's Antwan Lewis has the details.
