Push to restore Staten Island to Brooklyn ferry

The push is on to cut commute times between Staten Island and Brooklyn. And as FOX 5 NY's Arthur Chi'en shows, it would involve restoring ferry service between the two boroughs that was shuttered when the Verrazano Bridge opened 60 years ago.
