Battle over NYPD transparency bill heats up

A new video just released by the NYPD is putting the battle over the "How Many Stops Act" back in the headlines. The legislation would make officers formally report all low-level stops, but while the City Council passed it, Mayor Eric Adams is staunchly against it. FOX 5 NY's Linda Schmidt has the story.
