New York-only work visas for migrants?

There?s growing debate over whether migrants in New York City should be granted expedited work visas. Some state lawmakers have a new idea, they're pushing for New York -only' work visas for migrants. Queens assemblywoman Jenifer Rajkumar is behind the proposal and joined Good Day New York.
