Riverhead cracks down on quality of life crimes

The Long Island Town of Riverhead has just implemented a new policy which aims to crack down on quality of life crimes such as putting a stop to aggressive panhandling and urinating in public. FOX 5 New York's Jodi Goldberg has the full story.
