Gov. Hochul scraps plans for LaGuadia AirTrain

After over a year of talks, the $2B plan to build an air train to LaGuardia airport is officially dead, with Governor Kathy Hochul putting the kibosh on those plans Monday. FOX 5 NY's Linda Schmidt has more on her decision and the new proposal to get travelers to the busy airport.
