NJ Gov. Murphy signs bull overhauling gun carry rules

New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy has signed an overhaul to the rules to get a firearm carry permit, legislation that was spurred by this summer?s U.S. Supreme Court ruling expanding gun rights.
