Half a million people every year are diagnosed with an illness that mimics so many other illnesses — Lyme disease, a tick-borne illness first discovered in the U.S. in 1975. Two filmmakers teamed up to create a documentary called "The Quiet Epidemic," a passion project born from their shared struggle with Lyme disease and fighting to get their old lives back. Co-directors Lindsay Keys and Winslow Crane-Murdoch spoke with FOX 5 News about their project.
