Retest finds arsenic was never in water at NYCHA complex: Mayor's office

The Mayor of New York City's office has announced that the lab that conducted the initial tests that found arsenic in the water at the Jacob Riis Houses has admitted to introducing arsenic into the samples, causing the false results.
