Police say the woman kidnapped her 5-year-old daughter at knifepoint, then led officers on a high-speed chase before she crashed her SUV into a retention pond off the highway. Investigators said she managed to get herself out of the vehicle, but made "no attempt" to rescue the little girl, who drowned in the water. She's now been charged in her daughter's death.
