The NYPD released the name and a photo of the suspect wanted for allegedly viciously beating and sexually assaulting a German tourist in Harlem. The NYPD identified the suspect as Keon Robinson, 28, an ex-con. He is a Level 3 sex offender who was arrested for a similar crime in 2007, Chief of Detectives Robert Boyce said. He served seven years in prison for that attack.

Those arrested include alleged ring leader Alfredo Tejada-Almonte who placed fake Uber logos and stickers on cars and parked them in front of buildings while making drug runs in the Bronx and upper Manhattan, DEA officials said.

"Amtrak now plans to advance this work quickly through a series of major projects beginning in May and continuing through the fall in order to quickly achieve the benefits of this renewal work for our partners and passengers," according to a statement posted to Amtrak.com. The work will require the closing of tracks and schedule changes of all the railroads operating at NY Penn.
