Wrecking ball slams into 3WTC

NEW YORK (FOX 5 NEWS) - A wrecking ball slammed into the side of 3 World Trade Center, a building under construction, Thursday evening, officials said. No one was hurt, the FDNY said.

The incident happened just after 8:20 p.m.

The building does not appear to have suffered structural damage, officials said. The Office of Emergency Management said the wrecking ball is lodged in a window on the 12th floor.
