NEW YORK (FOX5NY) - An animal shelter in Sacramento is looking for a thief. He broke into the building and stole a giant gumball machine.
It happened last Wednesday. Surveillance video captured the man entering the Front Street Animal Shelter through a doggie door and then, in what could be a comedy scene, tries to take the gumball machine through the doggie door.
He eventually takes the machine outside and throws it over a barbed wire fence.
The shelter says there was also a donation box filled with money right across from the gumball machine. The thief didn't touch that.
The shelter hopes someone recognizes the suspect so he can be brought to justice.
