Teacher fired after viral video of slur at students

NEW YORK (FOX 5 NY) - A teacher at an inner city elementary school in Baltimore has reportedly been fired after video of her insulting students and using racial expletives went viral.
"You're idiots. You have a chance to get an education, but you want to be a broke ass n***** who's going to get shot!"
Before the slur, the teacher is seen shoving a student out of her classroom at Harlem Park Elementary/Middle School who was being unruly and disrespectful, according to various media outlets.
The incident occurred Tuesday. The teacher's name has not been released.
However, the parent who uploaded the video says she would not have done so if she knew the teacher would be vilified.
In a video posted to her page, Erica Esha Deminds says "They (students) were wrong. It's not cool. What she said was not okay, but the message was absolutely right. If you don't go to school, you don't get an education, you don't get no money and you end up in the streets."
